Terms and Conditions- Summary

• All cats must be vaccinated. Vaccination certificates MUST be retained by the cattery for the duration of the stay.
  
• Cats should be flea and worm treated before their stay.
  
• No cat suffering from infectious or contagious disease will be admitted to the cattery.
• No entire male cats over 6 months accepted.
• Health or behavioural issues must be disclosed at booking.
• Medications including injections will be administered free of charge. Owners to provide sufficient for the stay.
  
• A Veterinary Treatment Authorisation Form must be signed
• Only cats from the same household may share and they may be separated if necessary during their stay.
• In an emergency cats may be transported in a secure carrier in a cattery vehicle.
• Beds and toys are provided but owners are welcome to bring familiar objects for their cats.
• Food is provided but prescription diets and medications must be provided by owners to last the duration of the stay.
• A non-refundable deposit it required with the booking £30 for the first cat and £15 for each additional cat.
• Cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the fee is payable and less than 1 week before arrival 100% of the full fee is payable.
• Payment for the boarding period is due on arrival. Any additional fees incurred during the boarding period are payable on collection
• A full day is charged for the day of arrival and collection to allow for disinfection of the suite.
• All cats must arrive and leave in a secure carrier.
• Arrivals, departures and visits are by appointment during opening hours except by prior arrangement.
  
• Cats not collected 14 days after their agreed departure date, where no contact is possible, will be rehomed.
• All data provided is stored manually and not shared, although the local authority may need to see records to ensure licence compliance.
• Invoices are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC and record cards kept for 3 years then shredded.
• We may take photographs for the website and social media unless you would prefer us not to do this for your cat(s).
• All cats are boarded at the owners risk.
